Vitamin D3, K2 & Magnesium
The vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 content is designed to enable calcium to be easily absorbed by the body. This prevents your arteries from hardening, keeps your heart and bones healthy, regulates blood clotting and supports a healthy immune system.
The Magnesium content is there to assist the vitamin D3 activation, whilst also providing the potential to reduce dementia. Magnesium deficiency is responsible for many health problems, including painful muscle spasms, fibromyalgia, arrhythmia, osteoporosis and migraines.
Magnesium intake is usually low in people who consume a modern diet. A high intake of magnesium massively reduces your risk of Vitamin D deficiency. Without magnesium, vitamin D is neither useful nor safe.

I am waiting until the large jar of these capsules are available again. Excellent value and vital in the south through Autumn , Winter and Spring.
