Vitamin D deficiency is a serious problem worldwide
It's estimated that around 1 billion people worldwide are vitamin D deficient.
We know that Vitamin D deficiency can lead to
muscle weakness, bone pain, and fracture risk as well as fatigue and mood changes.
While we see first-hand that our community members experience great results from taking Vitamin D, there has been some academic debate around the effectiveness of Vitamin D supplementation.
However, a recent paper from the Endocrine Society has concluded that there is a link between Vitamin D supplementation and a wide range of benefits, including decreased risk of fractures, increased cardiovascular health, and a stronger immune system.
Of course, our community members who are taking Pure Vitamin D, K2 & Magnesium will already know this, but it's great to see it confirmed in an academic setting!
