High-dose NMN supplementation
Brand new research was just released proving
the safety of high-dose NMN supplementation.
Researchers gave healthy adults either 1,500mg, 750mg, or a placebo (0mg)
of NMN daily for 4 weeks. This was specifically designed as an "overdose" safety study
to test doses that many people were claiming to be unhealthy amounts.
The results:
All 30 participants completed the study with normal blood tests,
kidney function, liver function, and other health markers.
The NAD+ levels rose significantly in both dose groups,
confirming the NMN was working properly for those on higher dosages.
As they expected, the group taking the higher dosages of NMN
ended up having higher NAD+ levels.
Why this matters:
This is the first study to specifically test the safety of taking
what used to be claimed as “too much NMN”.
Many people wondered whether higher doses might be harmful;
this study provides clear evidence they're not.
This proves that it is safe to take 1,500mg of NMN.
It’s also worth noting that we know many people,

This study also confirms two things we've believed based on
previous research: that NMN is incredibly safe,
and you might benefit from taking more than you currently do.

this study was primarily focused on ensuring the safety of large doses.
