Terrible customer service experience!
It is with real disappointment that we have to inform you that from tomorrow Stripe is closing our account, and we will not be able to accept Creditcard payments via their service.
This all started a week ago when we received an email from Stripe (US) informing us that our business, agereversal.co.nz was in violation of the Stripe Services Agreement. Specifically, that they were unable to accept payments for nutraceuticals, pseudo-pharmaceuticals, and other products that haven't been approved or verified by the appropriate regulatory body.
We immediately attempted to reach out to Stripe to explain that our products supplied by DoNotAge do not require any regulatory certification when being sold within New Zealand as none of our products are licenced as drugs or pseudo-pharmaceuticals.
Stripe came back within an hour and confirmed they had reviewed our appeal and had determined that closing of our account was still justified.
After several attempts they wouldn't share with us which products they were concerned with
or what changes they required to become compliant, they just stated that their decision had been made, and our account would be closed at the end of August 2025.
