New human clinical study returned promising results.
Researchers at the University of Ulster wanted to establish if quercetin aided
DNA repair in humans after exercise.
Over a 21-day period, two groups of healthy males took part in regular, high intensity exercise, with one group being given DoNotAge Pure Quercetin, and one being given a placebo.
Over the course of the trial, both groups were measured for markers of DNA damage,
as well as signs of DNA repair.
The group taking Pure Quercetin were shown to recover better from exercise. The quercetin reduced damage to DNA, increased the activity of DNA repair genes, and reduced inflammation.
All these benefits came in just 3 weeks!
The results of this study are incredibly exciting, not just for those looking to recover better from exercise, but for anyone who wants to maintain health and activity as they age.
We are proud to have supported this research and the continued progress of longevity science.
Everyone who uses DoNotAge ingredients is helping make research like this possible.
