Whether in the supermarket or at a costume party, we see more skeletons in October than at any other time of the year.

 

As such, bone health might be more present in your mind.

 

As we age, our bone density decreases, leading to higher risk of fractures and other conditions like osteoporosis. Women and men over 50 are particularly prone to bone problems.
